Do you build custom mountain bikes in Ottawa?
Yes. Crank Drive builds custom Banshee alloy suspension frames and Chromag chromoly steel hardtails, spec'd component-by-component to your budget and riding style. Kent Boorman handles every frame-up build personally.
What mountain bike parts and components do you carry?
We stock and install premium mountain bike cycle parts: TRP hydraulic brakes, Cane Creek shocks, OneUp carbon bars and droppers, Maxxis tires, Mavic wheelsets, and Tifosi riding eyewear — all professionally installed and tuned.
How much does mountain bike service and repair cost?
Transparent tune-up pricing: The Up & Running $75, Drivetrain Deep Clean $60, The Reset Tune-Up $140, and The Fresh Start Overhaul $220. Tires & tube replacement start at $25.
Can I demo a Banshee or Chromag before I buy?
Yes — demo mountain bikes by the hour ($35/hr, 2-hr minimum) or full day ($95). 100% of your demo rental cost is subtracted from your new bike purchase.
